We take security and privacy seriously. This page summarizes how TriD Price handles your data and the controls we have in place. It is informational and is maintained by us — it is not an independent certification.
Authentication & access
Accounts are protected by email and password (with optional Google sign-in). Sessions use industry-standard tokens. Only signed-in users can access the calculator, history, presets, and AI features.
Data isolation
Your budgets, presets and subscription records live in a managed Postgres database with row-level security: every query is scoped to your user ID, so other users cannot read or modify your data.
Encryption in transit
All traffic to TriD Price is served over HTTPS (TLS). Webhooks from Stripe are verified with a signing secret before any account is created or modified.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data under PCI DSS. We only keep the customer/subscription identifiers needed to manage your plan.
Your rights
You can update your profile, cancel your subscription, and request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
